THUNDERZONE POLICIES & PROCEDURES

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

ATTENTION THUNDERZONE PATRONS:

As Governor Kemp has extended his COVID-19 precautions, we will continue to sell every other lane up until October 15th. Starting October 15th, we will be opening ALL lanes for bowling, and will no longer be selling every other lane. We will do our best, when space allows to sell every other lane however we reserve the right to sell every lane if they are needed.

COVID-19 is still a real danger, and we will continue to sanitize all lanes, touch points, balls etc. before and after every new group. We have our Hand Sanitizer stations throughout the facility, and line markers to encourage social distancing in high traffic areas. We do encourage all guests to wear masks to protect themselves as well as others.

As cases of COVID-19 spike nationwide, we do not want to forget how serious this disease is. Our Customer’s and Employee’s Health will always be a priority to us here at Thunderzone! We have continued our efforts to keep Thunderzone a Safe Family Friendly place for you and your families to come out and enjoy Bowling, Food, & Games.

We are continuing to practice social distancing within our facility, by providing place markers in our lines to keep you six feet apart from other families. We are frequently cleaning and disinfecting all tables, chairs, counters, bowling balls, bowling shoes, arcade games, restrooms, etc. We also ask that our patrons leave their bowling balls and shoes at the lanes, so that an associate can bring our sanitation cart to each lane and deep clean the bowling balls, shoes, and lane before the lane is sold to another family.

We have staff cleaning the facility every hour to make sure that all touch points are clean and sanitized. We have hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility for both Customer and Employee usage, whenever you need. We are providing anti-bacterial soap in our restrooms as well as disinfecting wipes for our Virtual Reality Ride. We encourage our customers and employees to practice good hygiene and frequent rigorous hand washing.

We hope everyone stays safe in such an unprecedented time, and we hope to see everyone soon!

Thank you for your support.
